40 Day Love Dare Discussion Guide
Week Three

1. "But if you've been delighted before - which you were when you got married - you can be delighted again." Share how you chose to neglect one of your activities, in order to focus on something your spouse would really like to do.
2. "A person who has become holy to you has a place no one can rival in your heart." What unusual thing did you do this week to show honor and respect for your spouse?
3. "Prayer really does work. It is a spiritual phenomenon created by an unlimited, powerful God." Did praying for your spouse this week change your own heart in any way? What did you learn about yourself as you prayed for your spouse?
4. "And yet God, who knows secrets about us that we even hide from ourselves, loves us at a depth we cannot begin to fathom." Did you take time to really listen to your spouse? Did you learn something new about them? What did you do specifically to get to know them better?
5. "The truth is, you can't live without Him, and you can't love without Him." Did some of the dares from the past days seem humanly impossible? Are you starting to learn to depend entirely upon Jesus Christ for your relationship? Talk about this.
