Your role as a Connections Leader: to partner with people to reach their God-potential by being ambassadors of the Vision, creating a group where people naturally Connect, and growing other Leaders.

NEW LEADERSHIP METRICS for ALL Connection Leaders:

Attendance to Connection Meetings (Mandatory as Leaders to attend quarterly Leadership Meetings of the year - 4 mtgs per year)

Curriculum Report out (Submit the curriculum, book or study your group is doing every quarter to smallgroups@flamingoroad.org)

48 hour Compliance (Respond to all small group inquiries made to you personally within 48 hours of receipt)

Monthly Attendance Average (Submit Attendance Form every month by the 5th with your groups monthly attendance average- send form to smallgroups@flamingoroad.org)

Leadership Development (All Leaders should be identifying 4 potential Leaders per year - 1 per quarter to bring to Connection Meetings)

Participation (Participate in all if not most of Flamingo sponsored events/series/vision plans)

Outreach Initiatives (2 per year) (Participate in an outreach event atleast twice per year with your group or connections ministry, i.e., Habitat for Humanity, Broward Outreach Center, orphange)
